Shell signs Heads of Terms for offshore Blocks 8 and 22 in Angola
Luanda, Angola - Shell has signed Heads of Terms regarding the Risk Service Contracts for Blocks 8 and 22 offshore Angola, with Angola’s National Agency for Oil, Gas and Biofuels (ANPG), QatarEnergy and Sonangol E&P. Subject to the relevant approvals and final contractual arrangements, the proposed contractor group would comprise Shell (50%, Operator), QatarEnergy (30%) and Sonangol E&P (20%).
